My interpretation of the kiritsuke kitchen knife, performing as an all-around being the right choice when cutting vegetables, fish and fruits.
The blade is convex ground satin finished RWL34 stainless steel (62 HRC with cryo treatment). The ferrule is stabilized amboyna burl with black/red G10 and 416 stainless steel spacers, the handle is mirror polished black Juma.
